We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site.
Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any
activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data,
and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
Google Account Information
To provide a seamless user experience, we provide an option to sign-in or sign-up with Google. After your permission,
the information that we access from your Google Account and its intended use is explained below:
- Email: For sign-in, we use your email to verify that you have a Piyata account and log you in after Google confirms your credentials. For sign-up, we use the email to create a new Piyata account.
- Name: For sign-up, we add your name to your Piyata profile.
- Profile Picture: For sign-up, we connect your profile image to your Piyata profile.
- Unique ID: For sign-up, we assign the unique ID to your Piyata profile.
After a booking, we will ask you for a permission to manage your bookings on your google calendar. You can choose to grant or deny this permission.
Once logged in, you can complete your profile or change your account information and save the changes.
You can also delete all personal data by deleting your user account. On the mobile app, go to the Profile tab on bottom navigation bar,
then click on Settings. Open "Delete Account" page and confirm account deletion. Then, press "DELETE" button to delete all your user data.
Disclosure
Piyata's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to
Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
